BOOKING POLICY

To protect our business, we have recently implemented a card capture system. Please rest assured, you will not be charged at the time of booking, this just captures your card details to ensure that those of you who do want appointments are able to get them and those who do not, are not blocking out our time.

We kindly request that you provide us with a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client on our waiting list.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a 50% charge will apply. If you cancel, reschedule on the same day, or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

If payment was made using a gift voucher or loyalty points, these will be voided up to the value of the missed appointment.

We do however understand that life happens, we will handle each case individually, in the case of a genuine emergency, these fees will be waived.

We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early or on time for your appointment. Arriving late may interfere with the effectiveness and therapeutic nature of your treatment and the full cost will still apply.
