This membership is for someone who wants to make change to their skin, using both in salon and homecare. We believe that sometimes it takes commitment from all aspects of life to make the significant changes in our skin. You will receive experienced skin therapists for your in salon treatment as well as ongoing support with your weekly led treatments and homecare recommendations.

This membership is for someone who is better at running their own race. Time may be tight but you still want to make sure you are getting the best results from that precious time you do have. Between 20 – 30 minutes a couple of times per week, as well as having an expert to chat with and make sure you are using the right products and changing as needed will help on the right track.

Students DIY LED sessions
$69 per month (Student ID required)
This is a DIY session for students to jump in on their way home from school. A wash station is set up to wash away the day before jumping in under the lights, helping to kill any acne causing bacteria. It is recommended that the student exfoliates their skin the morning of the treatment to ensure the best results. Alternatively, we do have an add on option for a cleanse and light exfoliation prior to the LED treatment.

Want to buy a gift? Choose from a 3-, 6- or 12-month subscription plan. Prepayment in advance for the full period. Discount of additional 10% to be taken off the total of the fixed term amount.
E.g. $69 student paid 6 months in advance. $69x6 = $414 – 10% (41.40) = total payable $372.60. No refunds will be issued due to change of mind, time periods are still calculated monthly to ensure safe use of LED as well as product allowances.

What to expect as a member.
As a Sibu Beauty Member, you will have first chance to see, touch and feel and pre-purchase of all new products and product launches, exclusive access to Membership/VIP events. You will have a product allowance given to you as a part of your monthly membership.
All appointments need to be booked in advance, if you need to reschedule, we will do our best to fit you in at a time that is most convenient to you, please remember the more notice you provide the more we can work at finding another time suitable. If you cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice for this appointment, this may result in that appointment being forfeited. No-show to your appointment will always be considered as a forfeited appointment.
Payment of the monthly instalment will be done through PayPal. Your membership will commence the date of the first payment. All payments will for the month in advance. Failure to make payment will result in immediate cancellation of your existing appointments opening that time slot for someone else.
Your monthly product allowance is to be spent each month, it is not to be built up and used in one large purchase. Any unspent allowance is forfeited. This is not to be used with any other loyalty scheme.
Memberships treatments and discounts non-transferrable. These are to be used by the member only.
THE FINE PRINT
Our number one goal is to work with you to improve your overall skin health, we try to be as flexible as we can be with our memberships. We encourage you to discuss with us when you are going away or will be contraindicated from the treatments at any time. We do not charge any admin fee for making amendments to your membership.
Unlimited weekly LED memberships can only be used once daily. This is for the safety of your skin.
You can cancel your membership at anytime, we will not lock you into contracts and don’t want you feeling trapped, in fact, we want you to see and feel the benefits you are getting by becoming a Sibu Member.
Your membership will be set up through PayPal, as an autopay, this is set up through your credit or debit card for the amount and frequency of the membership you have selected. You have total control of starting and ending your membership. You cancel this at any time by going back into your PayPal account.
You are always in control; you can cancel or pause your membership at any time you like. Please remember that the cancelation transaction is between you and PayPal, they may require time to cancel. Without this notice, they may still charge your card as your scheduled payment.
We will review our memberships from time to time to ensure they remain relevant. If you have any feedback or can think of something that would be more beneficial, please feel free to talk to us about that. While it may not be changeable during the current membership period, it may be something we can look into changing for our future memberships.
At this point, all bookings will be set up in advance for future appointments to ensure that your preferred time is selected. We will look into this becoming an online option in the future once we have everything finalised.
All memberships will be subject to change in price or treatment options at each annual review (June each year), this is to ensure that you are receiving the best treatment options and we are charging correctly to ensure we are able to continue to provide these amazing services.
